"Me and my fiancé went there a few months back and gave them the money for our application and I never received any info back from them. I never had a credit check ran on me by them. I’ve emailed them 3 different occasions as well as my fiancé and we haven’t received a single response. Not sure what the issues is/was but in my opinion they just stole 100$ from us and never reached out to us. Bbb is my next step"
"So I have lived here for almost 3years now. I typically do not have a ton of maintenance issues. (So my experience here may look differently than others), but I have needed to have a few things fixed. All of the maintenance staff are friendly and Phil does an outstanding job at going above and beyond when it comes to keeping the property clean! Every day I see him picking up trash that should never have been thrown on the ground in the first place. The walls are thin, it’s an apartment, I find that normal. My neighbors are nice and never cause a problem. We all acknowledge each other but we don’t do much together. The dog park and the dog owners are great! Many of the residents use it and clean up after themselves. They are a good group of residents as well, which adds life to living in apartments. The maintenance staff that I have encounter are super friendly and great at keeping you up to date on why something broke or when a part will be in. The office staff is generally helpful but can be difficult to reach by phone. You sometimes need to call back a few times for them to answer. They have been nothing but friendly and straightforward with me as I have with them. I personally have a dog and frequently walk him in the area. I feel super safe here and don’t fear too many problems. There are younger kids so be mindful of that, if you leave your car doors open at night. I love it here. It’s not perfect, but I am comfortable and so is my dog."
"If I could buy a house I would. But regardless of any of the update information that they that you give them in regards to your vehicle you are still subject to towing even if you're missing stickers it doesn't matter if your plates are up to date. Besides that their maintenance does consistent mediocre work and you'll be seeing them often to repair prior repairs. Although I wouldn't say that that would either fault because these apartments are poorly made and even worse poorly insulated. Greystone can hardly keep staff and maintenance around."
"EDIT: I would like to point out their response was to contact them but in my review I wrote about my experience when trying to contact them with police involved and was turned away. Not sure how contacting now would make a difference? I have lived here for 4 years now. Overall we like our apartment as it’s a corner unit, we want to move to a house but the market is awful right now. So we are making due. The management has been awful. My car got broken into and police came and filed report and asked about security cameras around property. The management team never responded to my calls or emails about getting security camera footage, and when I went to the office they claimed I needed an appointment but wouldn’t take my calls to schedule one. The office is very unprofessional, has tons of turnover, constantly looses my check and blames me, and overall poor communication. The amenities are not taken care of, or a selling point at all for this place.I second Becky with the chairs not being out “due to Covid” was their response, however when I inquired to see what local health laws they were following they stopped responding. Especially when I asked for a corporate number to contact. Maintenance here is very timely and the saving grace of this place. Only writing this Review because they put a flyer on our door asking us to write a review. Get what you ask for. I can’t wait to move out."
"Okay to give you some background: so I have lived here for 3 years now. I have never been late paying my rent and typically do not have a ton of maintenance issues. (So my experience here may look differently than others) The walls are thin, but it is an apartment. My neighbors are pleasant and we are all social. We have an unspoken understanding about our unassigned parking spots and give each other heads up if we will be having a gathering at our place. The maintenance staff that I have encounter are super friendly and informative. Steve completed my repair today and he was amazing! The office staff is generally helpful and friendly but some days they can get under your skin. Though I do not have any pets, I appreciate all the dogs I see here. The grounds are pretty clear of dog poop which is surprising seeing as how there are so many dogs here. I would recommend living here but remember, it is an apartment meaning you are sharing the space."
