"Attempted to set up a hotel block for our wedding multiple times. Went through the online request, heard nothing back. Tried calling multiple times a week for about a month and never got through to the proper person. Everytime I was told I would hear back from someone the following day. Day never came. Front desk staff seemed nice, but my simple request was never fulfilled on."
"Been staying here once or twice a month for the last 6 months or so. Rooms are very clean. And the service is always excellent. Everyone goes above and beyond. But tonight it was Kristen who really made my night. Went out of her way to get me some fresh ice tea when it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get any. It's that kind of attention that makes me come back."
"Great customer service! We had some issues with our TV. Dan or Andrew (maintenance super hero) came at a late hour and fixed all our concerns. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend! Jess was also a big help!"
"We stayed here to be closer to where we were going for our Thanksgiving celebration. We had a wonderful experience, including my breakfast of an egg burrito and Starbucks coffee at the bistro in the morning. I only ate half to save room for gobbling up some turkey and fixens later! The gentleman that ran the the Bistro, (on Thanksgiving) was super nice, and so were the other staff members at the desks and in the hallways."
