"Vent cover in bathroom does not appear to be fixed. It is also very loud when running the vent. There were 2-3 things mentioned during my walk through besides the bathroom vent"

"I have been living here for two months now! I met Rachel when I first arrived to find out the details of the lease and we started working together and she has been very helpful, which I am grateful for. After I moved into my apartment, all the things that I didn't like Rachel and the senior management helped me to solve quickly, for example my carpet had a very strong odor and they did a wet cleaning twice, the washing machine was not working well and they replaced it with a new washer and dryer, in general the staff always try to solve the problem quickly and help with any issue, once I needed to print documents and the office helped me to do it quickly. I like the apartments, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, I have recommended this complex to my friends maybe soon we will be neighbors! Thank you very much to the staff for their work!"

"My fiancé and I have been living here for 5 months and everything about this place is nothing but positive. Instantly when we moving in, it felt like home starting with the staff. The staff are so friendly and makes sure if we are comfortable. We had issues with our appliances and maintenance fixed those issues in a timely manner. The best quality about this apartment complex are the utilities: the pool, pet spa, pet park, gym, and the location! Everything is clean and well maintained! This apartment complex is everything we can ask for! Thank you Northlake for the best service!"

"We have resided here for 6 years now. The entire Northlake staff are friendly and extremely accommodating. The residents that we have in our building have become family to us, (something I’ve never experienced in apartment living)! We love our apartment. It’s equipped with a washer and dryer and if something needs to be fixed, they get it done. There’s no “riff raff,” so to speak. People are respectful. If you’re looking for a safe place to live this is it. I feel comfortable enough to jog around the complex as late as 10pm. The complex is very Child and pet friendly! We have a pool, playground for kids, awesome workout room and dog park. My mom, daughter, cats and I have been very happy here."
