"Maintenance team is definitely a 5! Windows of poor quality and drafty. The garden tub is great but water heater is so small that even with the temp turned up you can’t take a hot bath. No water softener which is a problem in Noblesville. The new washer/dryer are nice. As was the new electronic locks. The master bath only has single sink. Doggie park is small for a complex of this size. Definitely an older complex even with upgrades. With all the new apartments in the area I think there are better options"

"Maintenance here is 10/10 so far. Moved in August 2023 and have had little to no issues. The 2 things we’ve needed maintenance they were responsive day of and kept in contact about the entire work order. On top of that they were so friendly! Love it!"
