Pebble Village Townhomes

"I was very interested in living there filled out all the paperwork. I’m called and told that something isn’t right, so I fix it. desperately trying to move and trying to work with them but then I realize a month has gone by and I’m still calling to get things figured out. I fix it then the very last time they call me they said well the whole time I’ve made too much money, they never notified me of that until I’ve already jumped through so many hoops. I just don’t understand why we continue with the process for a month If you knew, I made too much from the very beginning. I’d call them and tell them I’d fix a problem but then they’d give me a new problem to solve. and I always had to call them to figure out where we were in the process. always asking what the next step is. they called me maybe 3 times the whole time. I guess this is a sign to look at the many many other apartment complex that are based on income. I had a good rapport with the ladies i was speaking too so i don’t understand why I was being strung along for so long they knew I made too much the whole time. Pretty Shady"
