"Worst place to live. Do not move in here, the front office will nickel and dime you but fail to resolve issues. Horrible staff and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. Nikki and Tim will lie and laugh in your face, unprofessional and very slimy business tactics. If only they would have shown their true colors prior to signing a lease I would never have moved into this nightmare of a place."

"I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you want to have a lease violation due to excessive noise because of thin walls. Apparently, I was stomping around in my apartment and had multiple complaints. The walls and ceilings are thin. I can even hear my next door neighbor’s conversations and above neighbors walking around as well. I think it is an inconsiderate and foolish move on their part."

"Lived here 3 years and plan on buying out my lease soon as I can’t take the management team and neighborhood issues anymore. There was a shooting here my second year living here that really bothered me. There are a lot of parties in the common area. The office staff does nothing to aid in the limitations of these issues and my rent has increased $200 every lease renewal which is insane. And I’m signing the longest lease term at 18months to lock in a cheaper price. Look elsewhere unless you like being charged extra fees, don’t want to decorate your balcony as it’s against rules, and want to pay extra money for bikes storage because you are not allowed to store outside your door or on patio. Ridiculous."

"Great place to live! Apartments look brand new and modern. We stayed on the second floor in the third building facing the pool and the views of the patio during the summer and fall were phenomenal. Plenty of space for pets or couples with kids! We liked it so much we stayed in the complex but wanted different scenery."

"Such and wonderful place to live! Most of the staff is pretty nice, we have ran across 1-3 not so friendly people. For the most part they are very nice and helpful. The apartments themselves are soo nice. I lived here while they were in the middle of building, but it wasn't that bad. I loved the pool area with the grills and seats. They also came up with some of the best events."
