"Threatening to kick out residents for the smallest of things. Lied about inspection day, originally sending out mass text stating one day, only to follow up the day of (after 6pm!) with new inspection dates. This is not the first time this has happened! Even when confronting Michael when he still worked there with direct quote email- he just ghosted and ignored us."

"Will not be renewing my lease due to poor new management. Loved living here up until Jan 2024 of this year. Will not be recommending to anyone I know."

"Would highly recommend not living here apon moving in there was rain water coming through the fire alarm sparking and the ac dripped on the carpet the whole time they came and rigged the ac and took the fire alarm out it took me calling the fire marshal to get new ones very unprofessional"

"So far not to impressed. Only been in the apartment for a day and saw the bathroom sink was not draining right. Also sent an email about how the unit was clearly not cleaned before I received the key. I was told from Michael that he personally did the final inspection too."

"Mixed feelings about this place. I really like it as a whole, being close to downtown and near SR 31, but after witnessing some things I would like to give a fair warning to new tenets. Pros; -Very clean -Leasing Team was nice -Dog Breed friendly -Frequent dumpster pickups -On the occasion, community events -Not too far from stores and places to eat Cons; -Some service request are getting ignored, even though I have put them in weeks ago. EDIT: The Maintenace team and scheduling is terrible. They do quarterly/bi-yearly filter changes and detector checks. Because we have animals we are required (as stated in their email blast) we have to be there in the apartment to handle them. They either don't come out the day scheduled listed in the communication, or they come really late in the day. This latest time, my roommate had to work from home with her call job while I was out of town to stay with the dogs, they never arrived and ignored my text I sent during office open hours. We're trying to meet halfway and work our personal schedules around the apartment's requirements but they don't follow the timeline they put out. If we move, it will be because of this. -They will close their office early. -The apartments are older than other complexes in the area. -There was a sign out front looking to hire maintenance workers so they are either understaffed or hardly staffed at all. -While pet friendly, some people do not pick up after their dogs even after a community wide message had been sent about fines being placed. These are usually small dog owners I see frequently. The leasing office says to report these people but does not make contact easy, nor do I want to be responsible for someone receiving additional fines but it is quite a problem. -Unsupervised children will run after your dogs as you walk them, screaming at them. I have also seen the same unsupervised children pouring water into car grills, and throwing eggs into the street."
