"This is where all of my kid’s go and have been going since my first born 25 years ago. The place is clean and they are always sweet and professional and answers any questions you may have. They schedule you for the first available appointment they have if you need seen. They get you in and do what’s best for you. When you have questions for the nurse the on call nurse calls you back as soon as she can. I love the front desk people, the nurses, and my kid’s doctor. She is amazing and always there to do what’s best for you. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people. Thank you to the whole team."

"Dr. Chumley my physician, few years LOVE him!! Front staff used to BE Great, yes times change. I've had couple issues over course 6 months, not sending orders to be scheduled, schedulers stating my concerns sending to Triage, will call you. It's been (3) days again NO call, test completed per PCP, NO call on results, I pulled from portal. Called to make appointment as results ABNORMAL, unable to get into doctor almost a month, very condescending attitude towards me. I DO believe change offices or totally leave IU. VERY SAD STATE OF Affairs, training of staff!!!!!!"
