"Went here to be seen, brought both of my insurance cards. Handed her Medicaid and my ID, she said because of my type of Medicaid they couldn’t see me. Told her I had another insurance if they didn’t accept that one, and she said secondary or tertiary won’t be accepted either with Medicaid as first. Informed her Medicaid wasn’t primary but is usually the one offices want, and that my other was primary and she told me that because she already entered my other one it’s insurance fraud to enter my primary. Why not tell me BEFORE entering that you don’t take Medicaid? No other patients were there, seemed as though they’d rather laugh and joke together than see me."
