"Don’t go here and and definitely don’t go to Lee diamond you won’t get your med and if you have piercings and tattoos you will that you are doing something equal to cutting. Terrible mental health help."
"Have gone to several Jane Pauley locations now for both primary care and BH this review is mainly for a few Doctors, Sarah Couch at the Shadeland office she was a complete liar and pushes back all issues you try to bring to her attention finally got her to prescribe me what I wanted for weightloss and after making progress she said a month later she isn’t going to continue it. All she cares about talking to me about was my sexual health even tho I wasn’t seeing her for that. She could care less about any other issue brought to her attention. Now for Renee Wilson and Lee Diamond for BH both of them will play games with you and lie and get as many appointments out of you as possible don’t let them sucker you into that. 4 appointments later and Renee then tells me she doesn’t “believe” in benzos witch is hilarious she could of told me that from day 1 if this was true I also told her 2 1/2 years ago when I saw her because other provider was out sick and she told me she doesn’t write adderall neither. But this time she said it’s no problem. I was done with her after that. Then I saw Lee diamond this guy also is a joke. He wanted to put me back on the medication I previously told him did not work for me and I had side effects too. Then just wanted to continue that will not put me back on my Ativan that I had previously for unknown reason. Wants to see you every 30 days and count my pills like I’m on parole or something. That’s disrespectful and I wouldn’t tolerate that. Every medication gets shut down and he wants to make so many unnecessary appointments to charge the hell out of your insurance all while not even treating you or listening to you and at the same time he wants to count your pills. Unacceptable I will never be going back."
"After waiting months for an intake therapy appointment, my therapist Janice didn't show up (despite getting a confirmation text the night before). I came in, checked in, and waited 20mins in the waiting room before I asked what was going on only to be told Janice was not in office and the next available appointment was in OCTOBER. the woman "helping" me was rude and very much didn't seem to care about anything. I cannot recommend this office, try the Castleton location instead."
"Been going to behavioral health for over a decade (different practice) and this is the first time ever I've had a doctor or should I say a nurse demand that I have a visit every 30 days for my medication to be refilled. Every 30 days is Extreme especially seeing that I've been there for over 6 months. All they want to do is build an insurance and get as much money as possible. They won't even prescribe certain medications because it goes against their "standards". This place is nothing but an insurance scam to Bill your insurance every 30 days for as long as you will allow them. I shouldn't have to pay my co-pay every month just so I can get my prescriptions filled."
"I have always had a very good experience at Jane Pauley and love the doctor at JP. Always had a great experience with both family doctor and pediatric, however I just had an appointment and the pediatric receptionist (at Arlington location) was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and impolite. I have never had such a horrible experience ever in my life. It was so embarrassing I left the doctors office and didn’t complete my appointment. I have never felt so discriminated in my whole life."
