"I came in for a terrible cough. Your nurse said it need an X-ray but she had no. Plans fie at least 2 weeks for me to get can X-ray. She would not give me antibiotics though I had bottles used each year for a week. Drs name on the bottle. Etc! I left in agony from get making me breathe and cough and cough and. Ugh and left me Ruth no the of cough medicine to help me r antibiotics. I have needed this every year since I was exposed to Mold working in the field after hurricane Andrew. Out whole crew from Florida International University all developed this same awful bronchitis like cough. Once a year ! All they wanted was for me to join your insurance but not take care of me. I’m reporting , in writing to my Medicare and AARP secondary insurance. I’m nobody who needs a discount on vsndauds in the drug stores znd I’ve had this Platinum plan. With Medicare and united through AARO. Most people cannot afford to chose any de in any state in the US and get care. My mother who died at 96 just recently kept this insurance till the day she died as will I. Your clinic had zero patients and didn’t treat me for my horrible cough. She literally told me to go to the IU walk in clinic. That, by way is in walking distance for me. I was told I’d be seeing a MD and you gave me a Betty loud, pushy, incapable nurse . You put my health at risk with none of the employees wearing masks and I’m a 71 year old with autoimmune diseases and at risk. Only I had masks on, thank G-d I wore an n95 with a triple layered mask over it."
