"Went to get lab work done. Had 3 vials of blood pulled on a Friday morning. Received a phone call on Tuesday evening to let me know the person who drew my blood left 2/3 of the vials out so they basically expired and couldn’t be sent to the lab. Have to go back in to get another 2 vials pulled. Not the facility’s fault for employee error but this is incredibly frustrating."

"Went to receive treatment for an allergy infection Friday morning. Unfortunately I have had them before and received the same treatment to resolve the issues, until I went recently. I felt as I was very clear and advocated for myself of what was needed but the PA disregarded my past patient health history/treatment and what I was trying to inform her. It was not explained why I couldn’t receive the prior treatment, I just eventually said ok. Days later I am still in severe pain, symptoms have progressed; and now have to be seen again. The extra star given is for the nurse that understood that more should have been done after she followed up with treatment. Please listen to patients, thank you."

"Definitely a quick stop for your medical needs/emergencies had gone due to doc office being booked up, wait time tops was 2 hours but in back fairly quickly. Took time to listen to my situation an definitely a lot less shorter time than regular ER. Definitely recommend this place for sure and they do a check up call 24 hours you leave, to check in on your situation and if you have any questions or concerns."
