"The valet trash service here is a joke!! They pick up late, if at all. And there is always trash piled outside the gates for the dumpsters and all around the buildings and halls. Most of the time regardless of what is inside a the trash bag. They won’t take it claiming it’s “ too heavy or leaky”. ITS TRASH. If your trash ppl can’t lift 2 lbs then hire someone else or discontinue the service. Its pathetic. And it’s a scam. But again no surprise when it comes to management and how this place is ran"

"Read the reviews here because they are all true. No place to park, sketchy section 8 housing building with consistent police activity, management turnover constantly…. Rent is pricy and is not worth it and is going up!! Unless you want to hear your neighbors, have your halls be trashy, fires, walk a mile to bring your groceries in or risk being towed, I recommend tolive here! Seriously, stop moving in here."
