"My partner lived here for a year. For about 6 months it was relatively fine but minimal contact when requests were sent and the overall property was not well maintained( dog bags not filled, trash and broken glass everywhere). However the last six months was a weird shift, including maintenance being more on it, but the staff at the clubhouse being a little more standoffish instead of non responsive. When multiple voicemails were left, magically only one was on record, the one that was when his house was flooding because the older windows “are difficult to close-maintenance “. Cut to him having finally moved out, and some how his check doesn’t have the correct forwarding address and luckily the mail lady knew to contact us, even though one was sent 2 days after move out. This happens after they did not send any mail communication about the move out process forcing him to stay another month. Maybe they are just really disorganized, but trust me you don’t want to live here."
"Horrible experience with the leasing office with no communication whatsoever. Flooding, trash left all over the premises, never refilling the dog stations so poop is everywhere. Look elsewhere. There's no wonder they run through staffing like it's nobody's business. Document all communication because they will lie about what they have on record."
