"I would not recommend it; after two years of living there, they charged me a "late move-out". Amanda in the office wrote down my forwarding address incorrectly. They continued to send the bill to the incorrect address and I never got it. Management didn't call, or email or do anything that I could rectify the bill. Instead the collection account took 50 points off my credit and cannot be removed. last year, on Christmas eve there was a fire in the furnace that made my apartment inhabitable and frozen. They gave me a space heater and I stayed cold for over a week because I didn't want to make a big deal and ruin anyones holiday. I wish I did make a big deal, because they dont care how they effect the livelihood of their residents."

"I just moved in. The application process was simple due to Amanda being awesome. She explained everything in detail which left me with no questions. She was approachable and super friendly. When I explained my situation she was understanding and thought of things that I hadn't to help me. She was truly a blessing because I was overwhelmed. There was a few minor things that needed to be taken care of by maintenance. They came the next day and fixed everything that they could that day. They were nice and did a great job. I am very happy with their work."

"I have been a home owner for the last 7 years. I made the decision to sell my home and move further into Avon. Since the housing market sucks right now I decided to move into an apartment until I decide what I want to do. I was nervous about going from a house back to an apartment community. But my experience at Avon Creek so far has been nothing but amazing. I don't regret it at all. I decided I wanted to pay for the upgraded flooring and it is absolutely worth it you should as well! My immediate neighbors and the surrounding buildings are super quiet. They pick our trash up from our front door 5 nights a week. The office staff is always happy to see me. They even text me when my packages are dropped off. Maintenance is very responsive and nice they also showed me how to use my gas fireplace. Even though we are next to everything you can't hear anything at night. The only thing I can literally hear with my window open is the train yard and that isn't all the time. All you hear are the tracks, no loud whistles or anything. I have a two bedroom two bath with vaulted ceilings and my utilities are not much at all. I would highly recommend Avon Creek to anybody wanting to live in Avon."
