"I am wrapping up my third year stay with this complex and team- I am headed out come January of 2024, as life is taking me to a new area of town. Before I leave, I have to give a shout-out to Sheena Anderson, the property manager. She has serviced this community/property with absolute determination and relentlessness over the last three years, despite the current market’s labor shortage issues post-pandemic that has affected every business sector. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner with the staff available. The communication we received from her when an area of the community was operating inefficiently was clear and honest with a solution provided, and a timeline in place to fix it. She has not made any excuses in my time’s stay here, and as long as she is here, I believe you can put your faith in her and her team to service you and your family in the same manner. "I currently live here. Trash is everywhere. Criminal activity as well. Police are in here often. One day I woke up to US Marshals on a bullhorn telling a perp to come down from the apartment. Shootings have happened here too. As of today they have overcharged me $800 for a garage that I never had access to. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!"

"good luck ever getting in touch with anyone. have been trying to get off my lease for an entire month now. was told before I moved out of state, (Florida) I could sign off of my lease over email. Then, my old roommate let me know that they changed their minds, and I have to do it in IN person. I live in Florida now. I’m going to have to fly all the way back to Indiana for a lease sign off. and odds are, they won’t even be in the office. extremely frustrating. worst renting experience ever. outside of that, only move in if you enjoy loud neighbors that will never get repercussions. management lies to you, and trash is everywhere. literally look anywhere else. this place is a JOKE."

"WORST EXPERIENCE with apartment management ever. -Rent portal is the only way to communicate with staff. They don’t respond. Ever. Garbage is everywhere. Some units have bugs. Pool wasn’t open until after 4th of July. Rent changes every month from what you agreed and signed a contract on. Office refuses to fix any maintenance issues. Units have no ac and no working garbage disposals. Management office/ staff is extremely rude and NEVER IN office during open hours. NEVER answer phone calls. The just threaten to evict when you have been attempting to have them amend the incorrect rent bill. I’d give it less than one if I could. Only redeeming quality is the workers who fix stuff & walk around to clean up. They are kind and helpful."

"Our experience with Mosaic has been beyond exceptional. The office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and effective and the maintenance team has never let us down. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. I highly recommend this property!"
