"I haven’t stayed there but I live nearby and the management has been very friendly in accommodating my big truck in their lot sometimes. The front desk staff is very personable and the manager Alisa is very understanding. I will be putting up visiting relatives here."

"Thin walls, rock-hard beds, limited breakfast selection, and dodgy plumbing made this a mediocre stay. That said, the service was friendly and the location was perfect for our needs. The large game room off the lobby was a nice resource for our large group to hang out into the evening without disturbing other guests"

"Don’t bother with this place. You can go down the block and stay somewhere much nicer. We called and made a reservation on our way to the covered bridge festival. The man we spoke to was very nice, this was at 3pm. We later got to the hotel about 7:30pm. I was looking forward to settling in having dinner and seeing a movie at the theater before bed. My plans were ruined when we got there my fiancé walked in to check in and they told him we couldn’t stay there they canceled our reservations. This guy Tyler tried telling us he called us at 4:00 and we were rude to him. We had two missed calls from the hotel about 5pm and no other calls in our log. WE NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE FROM THE HOTEL. I don’t know why they would call us an hour after we made reservations to confirm our reservations honestly. All Tyler kept saying was we were not a loud to stay there and needed to leave. My fiancé has never been so mad. It’s going on 8pm and now need to find some place to stay last minute. We just stayed at a comfort Inn out in Kansas. They pushed us out and this hotel chain will never get our business again! Tyler if he called anyone dialed the wrong area code cause he didn’t speak to us on the phone. Or this guy is using drugs and they need to let him go if it’s causing the company business. Save yourselves the headaches, there are two nice hotels a block east of here. Stay there instead.."

"Most of the staff was great. Very accommodating.great breakfast. Stayed 3 week the first time and came back to finish the job at Academy sports. When I was leaving the second time I was waiting on my uber to the airport. One of the management acted like it was a problem sitting in the lobby. Kept asking about when my ride was going to be here. Made me feel Unwelcomed after spending over 2,500 and making sure I cleaned up after myself for house keeping. Other than him I had a great stay and would recommend and I'll even be back."

"I'll be realistic and honest. If you're looking for luxurious, updated rooms and plan on spending a lot of time in that room- this may not be for you. However, if you're in town for business or mainly using the room to sleep, it's great. The bed was comfortable, the prices were reasonable, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was great every morning , and the service was excellent. Staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. You just have to be willing to overlook some minor details."
