Regency Preserve

"As a resident of around 5 months, I have found living in Regency Preserve to be entirely pleasant. The facilities are well maintained, the office staff are kindhearted and incredibly understanding. The maintenance men, Cody and Vincent, are exceptionally helpful going above and beyond. All residents are considerate and I have had only positive experiences here, which is a refreshing change from my previous experience in apartment/community living. I would wholeheartedly recommend Regency Preserve to anyone any age or stage of life."

"This is a nice place to live, but right now with the covid -19. We lost access to weightroom, access to pool until July 4th as of right now. We were never offered anything off of rent during March or April when alot of people were out of work. The cable lines are still laying across yards. I think they have been there since they have opened. The lawn people don't do such a great job. I am just alittle disappointed for what we pay to live here. If they are taking things away because of the situation we are in then offer something to your residents who are always on time and follow rules. Make your residents feel appreciated."

"Very nice place to live. The property is really pretty, clean, and the community is very friendly. Office staff is nice and friendly. Cody, who works with maintenance is exceptional! Very thorough, personable, and friendly. Always gets the job done quickly along with willing to explain things to you. Definitely I recommend. Come out and see how nice the property is and how nice the living space is. Office staff is friendly and will take care of you."

"Upon moving to Regency Place 3 years ago I was very impressed with the community, however if you are looking for a community that provides you with “lush”yards as they advertise you might want to look elsewhere. I still after 3 years do not have grass in my back yard or side yard just patchy weeds! We we’re told last Spring the landscaping company would have the yards in “prestige conditions” by Fall. There has been NO improvement. However in the new section of the addition those homes already have good sod in the front of their homes and grass already coming up I the back. There is always an excuse as the weather etc, however it is funny the county road 200 has already completed road work and had seeded and sodded their area and it is already better than 3 years of work by Regency Preserve in our community. They seem more concerned with the new section and new residents than the ones that have lived here and paid rent for 3 years! Also there are NO outside faucets for us to even water our yards if we want to! Rent was raised this year and still NO grass!! I have asked on several occasions to speak with the owners and have been denied that information every time. Other than that it is a good community."

"From the moment we stopped in to see this place and was greeted by Kassandra the leasing agent we just knew this was a good fit for us. Moving back from FL to IN was stressful but also rewarding because Regency Preserve complex has the country vibe and very quiet community. Kassandra was very helpful in the process of getting all the necessary paperwork to us and made our move a smooth one. The office staff are very kind and professional. Cody the maintenance guy is top notch and punctual. He has made sure our small needs were addressed and fixed. 5 star service. Thanks for all you have done to make sure we feel at home..
