"Love how caring and thorough they treated me"
"So i had a bad leg wound that didnt want to heal, the dr called in the infectious disease dr that came to the wound care clinic 1 day a week,but it wasnt infectious. I saw him a few visits, he gave me back to the 1st dr. Eventually it healed and all was good. What they didnt say was that what i thought was 1 $40 copay to the wound care center for whoever i saw every week was actually being billed by 2 doctors and turned into $80 copay PER WEEK. As i didnt know i was being double billed out of 2 offices, i got turned over to collections for 4 copays. I spent forever disputing this, presenting proof i paid it til some1finally looked into it and explained what was happening but said i had to pay it before i could make an appt to see my rheumatologist because infectious disease dr was in the same group. They should tell u this, Be warned."
