"While I really liked the therapist seen at this location, once I received the bill I noticed that the visits (3) were billed as "Hospital -- Outpatient" instead of as an office visit. This resulted in me owing over $1000 towards my deductible instead of paying a $30 copay for each visit. We will not be going back to St. Francis for any other "outpatient" visits."
