"Just another run of the mill scum fill government facility. I have been push back and forth between deers and the VA about accessing information and all everyone does is guess at the right answer not caring what it puts me through. I finally got fed up and ask my question online, they never responded, I just got a notification that my ticket was marked "solved" when no even called or responded. "Thank you for your service" is kind of like when Texans say "bless your heart"."
