"The worst experience!! Customer service for the receptionist and other workers at this location need to be improved!!! I understand everyone is scared due to Covid but the woman at the front desk could not even lift her eyes up for a drop off!!! So I am having to sit and wait!! RIDICULOUS! I am witnessing others come in too and no greetings, even behind the glass."

"The front desk clerk was rude . She skipped my name and when I presented myself at the desk she insisted she called it twice. As I heard and saw everyone else that was in the waiting room called to the desk, I find that highly unlikely. The phlebotomist did an excellent job of explaining what she would do and getting the blood drawn easily."

"I truly love this office. I have ALWAYS had trouble with offices trying to get my blood or place catheters. On one occasion, they brought in 3 different people to get to get a sample and during a separate event, they had to bring in the IV team to try and place a catheter. I've had blood drawn at this lab twice now and both times they have had no problems getting my samples. It was a different person both times. I feel very confident in their abilities and would recommend this office to anyone. They have always been very friendly when I've come into the office, as well!"

"I purposely chose this office, #1 the location, parking, distance of their office from the entrance because I have difficulty walking and #2 the reviews. The ladies working there were great! Pleasant and professional with no trouble finding my vein. I would recommend this office."

"This is by far the most unprofessional office we have visited. We went into this office, there was no receptionist. After waiting for a period of time, a woman came out from the inside and hurriedly locked the outside door and rushed back inside without saying anything or even acknowledging our present or other patrons in the waiting room. After we were tired of waiting, we went back to the window to inquire what was going on. A woman yelled from the back room and told us that they were close even though we were already there before she even locked the door. She went on screaming and told us that we need to sit down and keep quite, she was behaving very rude and unprofessional. Is this the type of behavior that MACL tolerate??"
