"I don’t remember the name of the gal who did my mammogram; she was blonde and her hair was cut like a medium bob. While she did make effort to be nice, friendly, and professional, she spoke to me like I was a child. Also, I’ve had my mammogram be uncomfortable before, but I’ve never had it be as painful as it was today. I’m going to want someone else to do my mammograms in the future."

"I had an MRI on 8/23/23. I was told my doctor would have the findings within a couple days. I called them today 8/31/23 to see if results of procedure had been forwarded to my doctor and they had not!!!! The technician was very nice. No problem there at all"

"My wife had an appointment scheduled here for an ultrasound due to a cancelation as a follow-up to her mammogram a couple of weeks ago at a different Rayus office. Her appoint was scheduled for 1:55pm. Upon arrival she was told by the attending radiologist that she would be delayed because of others in front of her who were scheduled for both X-rays and ultrasounds. She said this is the way they schedule such appointments. If this was known, why wasn’t her appointment scheduled for 2:55pm when she finally was called back for her ultrasound? Very disappointed."

"The nurse and technician were very warm, friendly, and professional. The receptionist was working alone. But attentive profesional and courteous. I was greeted promptly and my appointment started exactly on time. I would come here again."
