"Weren't willing to try. Pulled in and they were gaslighting me saying my car hasn't bere there before and that the info i was giving them was incorrect. They did not fix it and moved on so that the next time i come it will say the same thing. They asked if the oil recommended was okay and I agreed but asked if they had a coupon. They told me to go online and get it myself. I told them that actually I think I'm going to go to another valvoline. They didn't hesitate and opened the bay door for me and waved me out. Ended up going to the westfield location and got my oil, air filter and transmission fluid changed. Shockingly i got a discount on all three services and i didn't have to go online and do it myself."
