"Went in on a Sunday with no appointment. Needed a new tire since we had a blowout on the old one. Austin Bauer was top notch!!! He explained everything we would need and matched the other tires we purchased elsewhere about 5k miles ago. Although they were short staffed due to illness, he treated us like we were his only customer! He explained that there were a few cars in front of us, but he'd be happy to fit us in. Never had a nicer gentleman than Austin! We recommend him and this location to anyone in need of great service!"

"I just had new wheels put on my Mercedes c43, and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best tire shops I’ve been too so far. the gentleman behind the front counter was extremely nice. The car was pulled in carefully and put on the lift correctly to make sure no damage was done. The sales manager Chris Rediske was very professional, and took the upmost care to make sure my wheels were put on correctly with attention to detail. It’s hard to find this nowadays at most tire shops. Chris and Tristan also went above and beyond to stay late after the store was closed to finish my vehicle. Needless to say, I’m extremely happy with the service and their willingness to work with me."
