"Took in Explorer for inspection and was told they needed vehicle one extra day to complete repairs necessary. Next day there was no communication and had to go in by end of business to find out they didn’t do the work because part came in late. This was the day before Thanksgiving. Had we not came in to find out what was going on, we probably would not have had our vehicle back and our plans would have been ruined. If they would have communicated and let us know they had to wait for parts, we could have made better decisions. Instead they wasted a whole day of our time and my wife was without a vehicle while it sat in their lot. I will not be doing business with this place ever again.
