"Avoid this place at all costs if you value your vehicle. Came here to get my brakes fixed recently. After getting new brakes I literally wasn’t a mile down the road when the car started making a clunking sound like the tire was going to come off. Came back and had them look at it again. Now they’re telling me the struts need to be replaced and they give me an astronomical assessment. Not believing it, I take it to another place. Turns out these morons didn’t finish putting the brakes on my car as it was missing a couple of bolts. Thankfully someone was able to fix it at minimum cost."

Since I did the work at Big O Tires the diagnosis charge was waved, witch is how I believe all shops should operate. Everyone was polite and Curtious and made sure I was satisfied.
