I needed to get a back window replaced and we thought we needed a couple extra parts to get the window to stay up, they were able to replace a couple stripped bolts on those parts and saved me $700. They could have easily just replaced the already ordered parts but instead refunded that part of the cost to me. Really appreciate them and will be going back for future needs."
