"Had work done on my vehicle here recently and, for the most part, it was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, I was well-informed throughout the process and I am satisfied with the work they did. However, I made an appointment for the earliest possible time, 7 a.m., in order to miss as little work that morning as possible. I was one of the first to arrive that morning and was able to check in with ease. With it being an appointment right at their opening time, I expected there to be a slight delay due to staff just arriving. No big deal. Yet, when I checked in at the desk, I was informed the techs would not arrive until 7:30 and the work would start then. I'm not going to claim to know how shops such as this normally operate, I just think it's a little confusing to allow customers to make appointments for a certain time when there is no one there to do the work until a later time. Everything else was up to par, this was just disruptive and a bit annoying."
