"I bought a truck and it needed an alignment so I came here to get it done. They offered to do a vehicle inspection so i went ahead and had them do it. I was told that they couldn’t do the alignment due to bad control arm bushings and that I needed my rear wheel bearings replaced due to play in the hub. I got it home and checked out the bushings and they were in good condition minus a couple cracks in the rubber. My rear wheels were tight as could be with no bearing noise. They also didn’t mention that the truck was leaking oil and wasn’t even showing on the dipstick. If I could do 0 stars I would."

"The experience was excellent all around. The associates were courteous and very helpful. They communicated very well, and were able to resolve issues promptly. They used the lugs I wanted, as well as putting the other lugs neatly into the same box. They also dismounted the tires from my stock wheels and loaded them into my car nicely. The service in total did not take long, and was very affordable for the services rendered. This put Tires Plus at the top of my list for tire and wheel servicing needs."
