"Came I’m on Wednesday to change a headlight bulb, on my Hertz Uber rented car. Had a voucher for the repair. They did a mandatory inspection, and realized that I needed brakes pads. They kept the car, got the brake pad job done, but never replaced the headlight bulb. I called in on Saturday morning, to let them know, that they didn’t do the repair that I came in for. I said, can I come in this morning, to get it replaced. They said that they had to call the general manager. I went ahead and replaced the bulb, with my money, because I can’t drive to work in the dark, without a headlight, and I can’t burn any more lunch hours to get it replaced."
