"I emailed two weeks in advanced and they told me to come in on a certain day. More than one call confirming the day over the span of those two weeks. I told them I would leave it from open to close so they’d have all day. I told him over the phone I lived far away and needed it done same day, he happily said it could be done that day for sure. I was excited for the wheel to finally be fixed for a car photo shoot I planned on taking it too. Unfortunately I showed up and the car hadn’t even been moved. I understand if they were busy. I drove far away to get my wheel fixed, hoping to enjoy a bumpy-less ride and a good photo shoot, just be honest when you tell me it can be done or can’t. Now I drove far and wasted a whole day."
