"Customer service is ok. Everytime I went it was decent, not excited or smiling just neutral. But that's not the reason for the low stars. I went in for some tire work and they actually put in my wheel cover wrong..It wasn't even busy that day. I got a low tire warning and had to put air in my tire with my portable pump and I couldn't put air in it due to belle putting the wheel cover in wrong. There's a longer slit where it should be where the valve is. I had to take pliers and rip out the plastic covering the valve to be able to put air in it. Have some better quality control guys."
"I was very impressed with professional and quality service I received. The tires are very good, mounted correctly the first time and handle very well. I was also impressed with the speed they completed the work. WELL DONE!!!"
"Prices aren't too bad, customer service is decent, when you catch them without a full lobby these people are QUICK. We had a tire pulled, checked for leaks, and replaced all in 45 minutes. Good stuff when you need a tire in a hurry. The vending machine prices on Coke are very good."
"I can only assume my wife was testing the sidewall integrity of her tires in her Honda Pilot when she drove through a road littered with nothing but nails and screws. Once again, the Greenwood Belle Tire came through and made sure she was ready for her next offroad adventure. I have used this location since their grand opening and have never needed a reason to go anywhere else for service."
"Back in February, I had a leak in my tire, so I take it to Belle Tire. I have them fix it. I knew my car needed Aligned, so I go ahead and have them do that. They then come back and say that my car needs new brakes and rotors and one of my brake pads is just completely off flopping around and quoted me $518.40. So I said I'll think about it. I then call up my trusted, A-1 mechanic (Garland's Garage) I've dealt with for many years and tell them I need new break pads and rotors (because I'd rather give my money to a locally owned small business) and Bill tells me to bring my car in. I drop my car off that same night to Garland's garage. The next day, Bill called me and told me my breaks and rotors were completely fine and still have over 50% padding left on them, and Belle was just trying to SCAM me. We live in a terrible, dishonest world today! It's extremely sad. I called Belle the same day and asked to speak to a manager on duty about the situation, and she replied, "They are too busy right now." So, I blasted them on FB. (Just said exactly what I said above!) Only then, did the manager, Brad, reach out to me via messenger. He asked me to bring my car in so he could look at it himself, and I declined his offer because there was nothing to look at. While I appreciate the manager reaching out to me after being blasted, I still feel like a 1 star is justifiable for being scammed. Here it is, November, and my car is still going strong. No rotors or breaks needing replaced. Nothing flopping around. The mechanic who said I needed break pads and rotors was Zach."
