"Went in for an oil change, left needing body work. It’s been 3 weeks since this happened and the claims department is still reviewing tapes ti see how this vehicle damage occurred. Looking at the damage it looks like someone was too lazy to close the door when backing up and knocked the door on its hinge backwards. It was brought to the workers attention and he stayed it was “came in with that damage.” To be clear, the door does not open all the way so the damage would have been noticed when we opened the door to get out at the shop. 3 weeks later…. They are still looking into it. Half a Star is not an option so Jiffy Lube gets 1."
