"I would not recommend this service department. I advised service department the Audi Q5 that sold me a week prior had a bad oil leak and wanted them to check it out. Rather than the Service department giving the vehicle a thorough inspection, they advised it was drain plugs and sent me back out. When I parked it back in the garage I came out the next morning only to find that it was still leaking. I then took it to a repair shop and they advised that the valve covers were bad and had been leaking the entire time. Please save yourself wasted time, energy, and headaches by taking your vehicle to another service shop because the service shop at Andy Mohr Volkswagen in Avon in awful."
"Not a bad experience at all, but reasons beyond their control i gave them 4 stars. Since pandemic retailers are struggling to get fully staffed so quality suffers due to demand. Sure a business can strive for perfection but after awhile people get tired of carrying extra weight. Josh did an excellent job in trying to accommodate our needs, and was very patient with us."
"Was treated very unruly. Seriously thinking about filling lawsuit. I was told my payment was going to be $345-$350, but it ended up being $370. I'm really upset. Might call cooperate then file lawsuit. Told me to come back and pick up my licence plate..Something they could've given me the same day. They were never happy that I was there. Please go somewhere else. The online service was fast so I gave them 2 stars"
