"My suggestion is if you need a oil change best time to go is Monday-Sunday 9AM-12PM Eastern time. I went around 3PM today to find out I wouldn't be able to get oil change due to being booked doing other clients/customers. I wasn't guided, instructed, or told anything until I got inside auto center when the had employees moving vechiles around. Gentlemen that was moving vehicles wasn't very polite or understanding that I wasn't aware they was either short handed or overloaded on work. I will be redoing a review tomorrow. God bless"
"Been there twice to get oil change. Once with dead wasp's nest underneath. And then, after getting rid of nest, they didn't have my oil filter size for my Saturn Vue! So, still no oil change. The auto crew were amazingly nice, informative, and helpful! It is just frustrating."
