"The service itself was very good, but the wait time was horrible. It took over three hours for an oil change and ti check the fluids, check the tires, and to check out my USB ports. I just seems like an excessive amount of time to do that. However, other than that it was fine. Everybody was nice and polite. The waiting room is clean, had hot coffee to drink"
"I took my truck in for tires, brakes, and a manufacturer recall, originally checked in with Erik as my service advisor and when I got my truck back I was far from pleased to say the least, I called in and spoke with Josh who is always willing to work with anyone in any manner, he assured me that what was wrong would be corrected, I took my truck back in and checked it in with Brooks who has always been the service advisor of choice, she put me in a loaner this time which was a huge help. During the second visit Brooks kept me more than up to date with what was happening with my truck and was very thorough during every step which being the type of fella that normally does his own work to his truck and has a hard time letting someone else work on his truck also helps tremendously! Picked my truck back up and was absolutely thrilled and satisfied the second go around. I love Champion and the only ones I choose to do business with for multiple reasons, and when it comes to the service side, Brooks is hands down, the #1 advisor and is always willing to go the extra mile and the only one I will turn my vehicles over too!
