"I got my car in Feb. of 2021 and I took my car to get inspected here and I have ONLY taken my car here from then on. I am not extremely knowledgeable on cars and get extremely anxious whenever something is wrong with my car. Well when I come here, I am always at ease. They never make me feel bad or dumb, and they always make me feel comfortable when I’m completely lost. It’s a very family oriented place and I love that about here. They also remain in contact after they fix your car to ensure everything is running smoothly. Anna and Howard are amazing. I even had a migraine the last time I went and she gave me Tylenol, turned off the lights for me, and offered me some remedies to try to help as I waited for my car to get fixed (which was fixed very quickly/not rushed) Thank you advance automotive for always making me feel comfortable to bring my car in. "so I took my car in to Advance Automotive in Avon like several of you suggested. I loved the customer service. They did a great job with my car. HOWEVER the guys smoke in the shop and now my car smells awful. It reeks of smoke, and I have family with allergies! I called to complain and was simply told he doesn't know why that happened because they keep windows rolled up on the car and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, my car still stinks. It would have been nice if they offered for me to get the inside cleaned or even just offered a discount of some sort. Not very happy right now and doubt I will return."
