"I met the store manager Nick. I was a few minutes early before the store opened. He kindly asked me to leave until they officially opened at 8am. He wasn't mean about. He then came to get me promptly at 8am and escorted me to the part that I was looking for. He upped his hospitality by giving me a courtesy discount for my patience and even installed the part for me to make sure it worked. I highly recommend this location."
"After waiting 20 minutes for a pre paid part that I could see from the counter, I asked why was I waiting or what was our waiting for, and an out of uniform lady Slammed the part on the counter & said "Here". That was the service I received. I was happy to inform them of what I thought of that service. 1 employee politely flipped me off as I was driving away. Redneck City"
"I stopped in to have my battery checked. I was helped pretty quickly but the whole process took WAY longer than it should have. I was not credited for my core so I had to go back in and get that money returned. The first battery they pulled down for me that cost $189 was dead, so they had to pull another. I learned that our "new" batteries that we purchase (lead acid) are refurbished and not actually new. Maybe this is common but I was a bit surprised. I understand they why but normally refurbished items are labeled as such and the price is cheaper. The gentleman that helped me was saying their manager just quit and they are short staffed and don't get paid a lot. All this during my install. If you like AutoZone I would recommend Brownsburg at this time. The employees are much friendlier and are so much quicker."
