"They're ok. I don't know how they survive competing against places like Autozone and O'Reilly right across the street (and more accessible from the highway). I came in looking for self-tapping screws. They didn't have them. The staff did try to look for it for me. Also, its in a weird location. I nearly backed up my car into another car because it was hard to see cross traffic from their lot."

Today when my car battery died and I was able to get it to the store the sales associate recommended a battery and even replaced it in my vehicle for me... in the rain! Just very appreciative of great customer service and the knowledge from the associates."
"Amazing service! No making you feel like a loser. This auto store is no joke when it come to helping you out on your next project or fix. I brought in a trailer bearing in need of replacement. Tech was super helpful, measured the bearing with a caliper, looked in a trailer guide, and brought out two parts, a high end and lower end version. Giving me a choice between the two, with no pressure. I will defiantly be coming back!"
