"Everyone at this location is very helpful and friendly. They treat you like family. Treating you like a person instead of a number getting you in and out as fast as possible. I have three vehicles that I take to this location for all of my needs whether it be oil changes or mechanical issues. I love the Avon Jiffy Lube."

"I visited the establishment for the second time after being thoroughly impressed with the first trip. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to return to the establishment I was happy with. This trip however was a little different it was all good until the end when I asked about all the bolts being back in seeing one laying on the floor. I was assured that they were so I stated what I seen the lady got rude and said it was just a big fly on the floor. Once to my destination I checked and confirmed one missing. Upon calling them back the lady that was rude earlier told me all the bolts were in. I told her there was one missing. She then told me it was just a clip and that it wouldn’t go back in. I told her she should have told me that then her response was to hang up on me. So unfortunate won’t be back."

"Adam (I'm assuming the manager) was super helpful and very friendly. My wife and I just moved out to the area and his service alone made me feel like I've been coming to Jiffy Lube all my life. Granted we were just there for an oil change and a tire alignment but he made me feel like we've been life long customers. Will 100% have returned service from me and my wife."

"I have been to a lot of quick oil change businesses in my lifetime. This one by far is my personal favorite and best because the entire crew seems to care about doing the job right. They make sure there are no leaks, drips or residual oil left behind. Adam the manager loves his job and stands behind his work. I feel like we are in good hands here. It's a place when I am on assignments out of town that I am comfortable telling my wife to go up and see Jiffy Lube in Avon they will do it right, and quick. The price seems reasonable and in line with most others. I always call Walmart service center to see what the going rate is - seems that tells me around what the best prices to expect."
