"Diamond assured me many times they would work with my insurance company. They took my vehicle and 8 days later I heard from my insurance company that their rates were too high and I needed to find another repair site. Diamond then said they needed $560 for the teardown work already done. Okay, that would have needed to be done anyway. No, wait. They didn't actually doing any teardown. Now it is a storage fee for having the vehicle for 8 days. They lied. Plain and simple. They lied and just want more for the work. I dont know what the quality of their work is, but they have an issue with telling the truth."
