"We found this hotel last night after a harrowing trip on icy roads. The clerk was friendly, offered different discounts and had rooms available at a reasonable rate. Room was clean and nicely decorated. We did not hear traffic noise. The only drawback point, ceiling over shower had a peeling spot from the room above leaking and I would suggest adding a comfort height toilet. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room and the service."

"Worst place I've ever stayed. Phone not working. Dirt and filth behind bed headboard. No soap in shower. Hole in bathroom wall. Informed owner by phone next day. No apology whatsoever. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor by letting me stay there. DONT GO THERE"

"I say I b back again and again my room was correct like it should been. Wasn't perfect which no place is but will say from years back and different named inn,motel brad and his wife has made it ALOT more better place to come stay. The guy up front forest well respectful .just going say again I b back and brad your doing a good job keep it up you got the red roof fixed up better than this place was before."

"DO NOT GET A ROOM!! The most important thing is sleep when traveling. You will not get it here. I was woke up by water pouring from the ceiling onto the nightstand and splashing onto the mattress at 6am and was never able to sleep after. I had checked in around 1230 that night. When I complained concerning my experience and asked for a refund I was given a 10.00 customer courtesy credit my bill was nearly 100.00 for a room with MAJOR water problems. There was water pooled in the bathroom as well. Not to mention there was hair on pillow cases that made me wonder if they had even been changed or cleaned the linens. DO NOT STAY HERE go to Quality just up the road from them at least you will get sleep and a much better experience and service. I have stayed there before and had no problems. I regret my stay with RED ROOF INN and will NEVER return. They rip you off and DO NOT give reasonable customer service. Water pouring from a ceiling is not only a nuisance but dangerous. A real safety hazard and they should be shut down until this is fixed."

"I went to this Red roof against my instincts. It was 3:00 in the morning and I only wanted four 5 hours sleep so I was willing to make a sacrifice. I had prompt and effective service. The room was great. The amenities provided were in line with the price point and I appreciated that experience. It was clean, everything worked and I was actually surprised at the shower fixture. It was like something you would expect in at luxury hotel."
