"I went into Discount after leaving Fort Wayne Toyota. I was in for an oil change and had asked FWT to check the air in my tires and inflate them If needed. They came to the waiting room and told me I had a sensor that was damaged and quoted me about $357 to replace them all. I told him I was not interested. I drove to Discount as I was told (over the phone) by Peyton that this is a service Discount provides. I think the guy that helped me was Trevor, when I arrived... Initially he tells me he will scan to see which, if any, sensors are damaged. He comes back and tells me that all are fine and that we should check the air pressure. To our surprise and dismay, we find that all of my tires are under inflated by about 8 lb psi... Isn't that interesting? Well once the tires were inflated to a SAFE level, discount reprogrammed my sensors and magically they came back to life after driving on them for about 20 minutes. I'm grateful for Discount tire making sure that I was driving on safely inflated tires unlike the dealer where I bought my Toyota from. Needless to say I will not go back to FWT. Oh by the way, Discount did not charge me for this time and attention... Yet another reason why the only tires I have bought for my vehicles (My 2000 Mustang and my former 2009 Dakota) come from Discount Tire. BTW: I am their UPS driver and have been for about 20 years now. I tell all of my friends and family to give Discount Tire their business!"

"Went in for a tire inspection, was talked into purchasing two new wiper blades before they even inspected the tire (at $13.99/ea). Ok fine, my fault for being gullible. But being in a hurry to get to work, I didn't check out the wipers, until later that night. And saw that they didn't even change them! Will be returning when they open tomorrow to see if they make it right for wasting my time and money."

"I am from out of town and had a flat. This location had me in and out the door in about 30min even in the evening rush. Everyone was on point here! Everyone moved quick and smartly. The most efficient location I have ever been to. Pricing was reasonable as well. I wanted to shout out Jonathan specifically as he was very informative and seems like he treats his guys well! It was very fun watching bay and how well oiled this location was!"
