"Would not recommend took my car to get my window motor Replaced they completely botched the repair now I had to take it back my dealership to get the problem fixed from their incompetence on how to do vehicle repairs. Would not recommend going to them. Also seems they use the cheapest parts possible just so you keep coming back to give them business."

"First off, I am an ASE certified master level tech, and I do my own work whenever possible. Back in 2021 my wife had her 2016 Town and country towed to the Stellhorn location due to the engine being seized. I was unable to do the work as I was recovering from major surgery and had no use of my left arm. The van sat in their lot for 2 weeks before they ever got it inside, after that they called to tell me the engine was locked up (something I already knew). The wife, and I went to Indy and procured a reman engine and took it to the shop. 3 days later, they called to ask if we wanted them to order an engine?! I explained that we had dropped an engine off 3 days prior. Another week passes, and the call again saying that the other engine was installed, but the catalytic converter was missing... (It was on the van when it got dropped off), they refused to cover the cost, so we order one, and drop it off... Another 4 days pass, and we get yet another phone call telling us that a lot of the hardware (Bolts, nuts, etc) for the engine mounts, cradle, exhaust etc are nowhere to be found... By this time, I am beyond peeved!!! Wife, and I make a trip to LKQ, she with the help of a friend strip every Town and Country and Grand Caravan of Every fastener and take them to Yes, I also delivered the message that I have a VERY good attorney, AND I used to work SWAT, and I shoot competitively (Something I have multiple awards for). I told them they had 3 Business days to finish the work, that they lost the catalytic converter, and the hardware, and we should NOT have had to pay for those things to be replaced. If they didn't finish in 3 days time, I's sue them. Based on that, I will NEVER take a vehicle to them... Thankfully I have since recovered, and can once again work on my own cars."
