"The discount tire store on Maysville in Fort Wayne had the most amazing customer service! This was my first experience buying tires and when I called Johnathan was extremely insightful in recommending the best tires for me. When I went in they explained the process in detail and put the new tires on within the hour. I left feeling very happy and extremely confident in the tires I bought and service that was provided."

"These guys have their act together! I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to my cars being worked on. I have an automotive shop at home and would much assume just do it myself. I don't have the specialty tire equipment, so I trusted Discount Tire this time around. They did not disappoint. Both times I arrived, I was greeted by a salesperson in the parking lot. "I was visiting family in Fort Wayne and decided I needed new tires before the long drive home. Before coming to Discount Tire, I went to some other very large membership chain and was disappointed after 6 days, no tires, and they couldn't even tell me when they would arrive. When I paid for them I asked how long and was told typically 1 or 2 days (vaguely), and I was clear I needed them in a week for my trip home. After canceling their order, from their parking lot I called Discount Tire and spoke with Ethan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and assured me I could order them on the phone right now (no money down) and they would be in tomorrow. This was at 5:00pm and he said they'd arrive between 1-3:00pm. Less than 24 hours. He was not vague, but quite certain. I drove to Discount Tire the next day at 1:00pm, and spoke with Maccoy. He said "yes sir they're here, would you like them put on now"? 20 hours after canceling the tires at XXXXXX (And I had to prepay BTW) after 6 days of "we don't know", my tires were in at Discount Tire and 22 hours later I'm rolling. Couldn't be more happy or impressed with Discount Tire's service and employees. I choose the Michelin Crossclimate 2's, and so far couldn't be happier with those as well. Though I'll wait for some Fall rain and winter snow before final judgement on the tires."
