"Didn't get anything done here. Might be a good place for others but they don't prioritize customers. Made an appointment to come back before closing time to get my tires changed. They didn't render the service because it was close to closing time which was in 1hr 30mins. Went to a different place *Belle Tires* and they got it done - even stayed up after hours to get it completed."

"Spent 4 hours to get a new tire put on my rim. Shop was not even busy. Got grocery’s to pass the time for this 30 min job. Waited so long that the grocery’s are bad at this point. Still charged me 130 bucks for a 100 dollar tire even though I took the tire off and back on for them. Would not trust Walmart Auto to change a light bulb after today. Update: The very next day the new tire we bought was completely flat. Would rate lower if I could."

"Purchased my own tires online and called Walmart to get a quote for installation. The guy on the phone said $72 and made me an appointment. I took my car in and after installation he charged me $130, nearly double my quoted price! Tried to talk to a manager, of course he was at lunch at 2:30. Tried calling later, they let in ring for 4 minutes, then someone picked it up and just let it sit on the counter or something. They used the wrong size socket for the lug nuts and scratched every single one up. This place is a mess! Then they lost my key, he said maybe we left it in your car! Save yourself the headache and go to a professional shop because it's definitely not here! I didn't see a single happy customer in the store department."

"I went in to get tires for my daughter's car. Had called ahead and given all info on car and only needed 2 tires. Once I got there they said they would not put on just 2 tires. I said the other 2 were good. They said being all wheel they would not do it. My daughter was leaving for out of town, so had no choice but to go with all 4, costing her double what we were quoted. I called the corporate office the next day and received an email back stating that their policy was NOT to deny service for 2 AWD tires, but to make a suggestion on all 4. I feel like I was tricked into spending double what was needed. I'm not sure if they work on commission, or if it was because I was a female, but I am incredibly frustrated on how this was handled. I called the store directly (auto center) and was again treated very poorly. I would not go back here for car service. I will just drive to Auburn."
