Called McCann’s Friday morning and not only did he DRIVE to my wife’s car to repair said car, he diagnosed my entire electrical system to ensure the repair was correct and needed. "My experience at McCann Automotive has been very good. My rear brakes were done in a timely fashion at 200$ lower than a previous quote. The auto parts provider sent the wrong hardware(not the mechanics fault) and I came back a second time for placement. Any other mechanic could’ve ignored this issue. McCann Auto stands by his work and wants the job done right. I was very impressed with his work ethic. I also had mentioned a side issue of my door making a loud nose when opening/closing. He fixed it free of charge because it only took a few minutes outside the brake job. I highly recommend this business. "Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a car repair. My family and I were on a road trip driving home to Columbus from Chicago on a Sunday when our alternator went out. Car was dead. It was 2 pm and my wife called Brandon as he was one of the very few open. Not only did he quickly identify the issue, he was willing to fix the issue on the spot and he had the part delivered and the car fixed in 2.5 hours total. He also was very reasonable on his price. His willingness to go the extra mile on a Sunday afternoon for people he had never met and get us back on the road saved us in a situation that otherwise would have left us stranded and needing to potentially wait days out of state to get the car fixed. He was friendly, he did great work and we were able to get back home the same day safely. I cannot thank Brandon enough.
