"This used to be my go to place. However I brought my car in for shaking and I ended up with new rear brakes and they said I needed new tires. I spent $1,700 and I went back because my car was still shaking and they now said I need new front brakes after 1000 miles. If my brakes were this bad 1000 miles ago why wouldn’t they say something? It seems like they just get you to spend money without fixing the original issue. I work hard for my money and I’m not going to get cheated out of it."

"A mixed review. They are clean, organized, professional, and friendly. They’re also very affordable. However, I called ahead of time to ensure that they could do a coolant flush on my Volkswagen. They said yes. Brought it in, waited all day for them to call, I had to call an hour before closing and they said, “I’m so sorry but we don’t have the hookups. We do service your type of vehicle…I guess pick it up to take it somewhere else or wait until tomorrow for a better technician to look at it.” I chose to pick it up. Even though they say they can service German vehicles, they cannot. They didn’t charge me though! :)"

"I like doing business with this place because I've been treated with respect by everyone I've dealt with while there. The manager came out last time to question me about the service I had requested, concerned that I wouldn't be spending money on a service I didn't truly need. We discussed recent service I'd had done at a different shop and he refused to bad-mouth the other technician, which impressed me. I did have a repeat of the problem the next day, so I have an appointment for tomorrow. Hope we can find the root cause without too much more expense!"

"Wonderful experience with both Quinton and Andrew last night. I was 2 1/2 hours from home and got a flat tire all other tire shops were closed, but they were open. I called and was able to get there before they closed, they stayed late, fixed my tire, and got me back on the road. Thank you so much for you kindness Quinton and Andrew and for being so helpful.
