"Very professional. They found needed repairs that most mechanics would not notice. The hourly rate to cut and bend a small exhaust pipe and weld it on was high, one hour labor was $240 plus another $100 for parts. But I'm glad to have that project complete as the exhaust venting underneath my vehicle could have killed me. Thank you Midas for the professional job."
"Despite the bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The guys were nice and straight to the point about pricing. The Black Friday deal was buy two tires get two tires for free with an alignment. Luckily, the tires I needed were eligible for the deal, ending total around $500. They also did a complete inspection that was free with the service. However, everything took longer than expected, about 3 hours, and at one point, the guy working on my vehicle was eating chips and drinking the crumbs. Next time, I'll just drop my vehicle off rather than waiting but I did get free coffee.. the alignment and tires are good !"
